CI Out of Office – absence manager
It is important to inform customers or buisness partners that their emails can´t be answered temporarily (e.g. because of illness, vacation, trainig measures…). CI Out of Office – absence manager enables a central management of absence settings within your organisation. The software allows defined users (e.g. HRM, secretaries, department heads) to watch absence settings centrally. The settings can also be changed by defined users
Use of Out of Office Manager:
- Shows absence settings for any employee / member of group
- Changes absence settings for any employee / member of group
- Direct use on the server. No Outlook needed (e.g. for VPN)
- Status will be automatically reset so a daily absence note will be sent to the author

Samples:
- HRD sets absence if an employee is ill or not in the house at the moment.
- HRD can ensure that abcence is set (e.g. vacation).

- An employee (e.g. sales department) leaves the company. Set a forwarding to his successor and you won´t loose customers.
